Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Product tags must still be attached

  • For intimates (such as undies or feminine care items), packaging must be unopened

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Some items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Items tagged "Final Sale" on our website

  • Certain accessories and personal care items

  • Other exclusions may apply and will be noted on the product page

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within the country of purchase

If your Zainah Naturals purchase was made through another retailer, please process your return directly through them.

Improper Purchasing & Return Activity

Zainah Naturals is a direct-to-consumer brand. We do not allow purchases for resale or any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend any policy benefits (returns, exchanges, etc.) for orders suspected of resale or abuse

  • Cancel or restrict future orders

  • Impose purchase quantity limits or restocking fees

  • Decline refunds or refuse returns at our discretion

  • Suspend or close customer accounts with high return rates or abuse patterns

Our Right to Cancel or Refuse an Order

All sales at Zainah Naturals are subject to product availability and our discretion in managing stock and order flow. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or reject any sale, return, or order for any reason. If this happens, we will refund any amount received for the order, but we are not responsible for any additional costs or damages.

Outlet Store Return Policy (If Applicable)

If purchasing from a Zainah Naturals Outlet location:

  • Full Price and Excess styles may be returned within 30 days

  • Accessories must be unworn and in original packaging

  • "Imperfect" items are Final Sale, unless otherwise stated
